Customer Service Representative (E-commerce + Live Commerce Support)
📍 Hybrid: 3 Days Office + 2 Days WFH | Full Time | 5 Days/Week
🕒 Shifts: 9am–6pm / 2pm–11pm with extra allowance for night shift (rotational)
🧩 Job Summary
We’re looking for a fast, responsible, and customer-obsessed Customer Service Representative to support our eCommerce and live selling team.
You’ll handle inquiries across platforms, support our livestream sessions, and make sure every customer gets a smooth and happy shopping experience.

💼 What You’ll Do
• Handle customer chats via WhatsApp, Messenger, Shopee, TikTok, Website
• Support Facebook/TikTok Live: reply to customer comments & questions
• Manage order updates, shipping tracking & after-sales (e.g. refund/exchange)
• Explain promotions, vouchers, and campaign info clearly to customers
• Report product/service issues to the team promptly
• Follow communication SOPs & keep proper logs
• Help with other CS/admin tasks when needed

• Able to work rotational shifts (9am–6pm / 2pm–11pm), including weekends
• Patient, responsible & stays calm under pressure
• Fast learner & detail-oriented in checking orders & replies
• Good teamwork attitude & follow-up discipline
• Comfortable with Google Drive, basic Excel & social platforms
• Bonus: CS experience on Shopee, TikTok, Lazada (not required)
