Customer Care Executive Responsibilities 客户关怀专员工作职责
1. Answering customers' & agents' inquiries 回复客户及代理的查询
2. Compiling all documents for distribution to respective departments 整理所有文件并分发至相关部门
3. Updating customers database to ensure all information is accurate and current 定期更新客户资料, 确保信息准确无误
4. Delivering information about company's products and services 传达公司产品及服务信息给客户
5. Providing proactive customer outreach 主动联系客户,提供优质服务
Job Requirements
1. SPM Leaver/Diploma or Degree in any fields 中学毕业(SPM)者,或持有任何专业的大专文凭或学士学位者
2. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply 欢迎应届毕业生申请
