Job Summary:
Manage TGV on-ground marketing and communication collaterals across all locations, ensuring standardization and accuracy.
Secure in-mall advertising spots and directional signage are clearly demonstrated.
Build relationship with landlords and promote movie content beyond cinema spaces.
Monitor competitors’ activities and insights sharing with the management team for informed decisions strengthening TGV’s market position.
Responsibilities:
Communication with Locations
Compile weekly memo from various internal stakeholders and distribute it to all location teams.
Be the point of contact for location team in the event of any queries arise.
Location Marketing Collaterals
Identify and manage location marketing collateral inventory.
Regularly update and maintain TGV marketing collaterals across all TGV locations.
Marketing / Event Permits
Serve as the main point of contact for permit applications with location and landlords.
Advertising and Agreements
Identify and secure advertising opportunities in mall spaces with objective of brand awareness and clear directional signage customers to TGV.
Responsible to process advertising agreements between TGV marketing and landlords.
Marketing Print Material
Study and understand printing material specification for marketing purposes. Identify and recommend suitable material for various marketing projects while ensuring that printing costs remain within the approved budget.
Analyse and understand industry baseline costs, and negotiate pricing with vendors to ensure we receive the best value without overpaying.
Creating Instagrammable Display
Identify locations and spot that are suitable for movie-themed displays.
Work with the movie marketing team and movie distributors to develop display directives, designs, and cost estimates.
Oversee the overall implementation and execution of display installations.
Mall Display
Identify and negotiate with landlords for special movie displays in mall spaces to promote movies beyond cinema space.
Dealing with external stakeholders in securing work permit.
Movie Marketing
Work closely with movie marketing team in generating movie content and share with landlords for publicity beyond cinema spaces, eg. social media, in-mall screens, website and EDM.
Consolidate publicity report in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing and Communications
2-3 years of work experience in marketing or related field. Experience in Mall Marketing would be preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey ideas effectively.
Proficiency in collaborating with teams and management.
Experience in managing stakeholders and vendors.
Competency in Microsoft Office Suite – Words/Excel/Power Point
Strong budget management skills.
Attention to detail and ability to execute tasks effectively and accurately.
Possess a positive and forward-thinking attitude.
Capable to communicate well and effective with internal as well as external stakeholders.
Creative, flexible and able to work under pressure.
A multitasker.
Willing to work outside of business hours.
Great sense of accountability and ownership. Results-driven.
