Job Summary
Create, produce, and edit high-quality content while optimizing visuals for digital campaigns, ensuring a balance between creativity, impact, and adherence to the desired message.
Utilise comprehensive analysis of content engagement rates to identify trends and demands, ensuring the timely delivery and continuous refinement of high-quality videos that creatively resonate with the target audience.
Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality content that aligns closely with the brief.
Capture high-quality photos and videos during events to create engaging multimedia content for marketing purposes.
Job Responsibilities
Designing and producing high-quality content (videos, graphics, illustrations, animations and other formats) for social media, website, email, and other marketing materials.
Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts and ideas that align with the company's brand and messaging.
Creating and editing videos to support digital marketing activities.
Optimising visuals and graphics for digital marketing campaigns (social media, web and app, email).
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to evolve the company's visual style and messaging.
Capturing high-quality photos and videos during events and other company activities.
Managing and maintaining multimedia equipment and assets.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, Film/Video Production, or related fields
Experience in UI/ UX designs would be an advantage
3-5 years videography, graphic design, animation, content creation, and/or video editing.
Proven experience in GIF creation, graphic design, animation, content creation, video editing, and photography/videography
Strong knowledge of design principles, software, and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, and video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
Experience in producing content for social media platforms, websites, and digital marketing campaigns.
Proficiency in photography and videography, including shooting, editing, and post-production.
Proficient in MAC iOS with expertise in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
Bonus: Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to understand the feasibility of designs.
