Job Responsibilities :-
Customer Base Management:
- Understand and manage loyalty customer base segmentation, ensuring tailored campaigns and initiatives for each group.
Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and manage campaigns for each base segment.
- Monitor campaign strike rates and effectiveness in real time.
- Conduct campaign post-mortems with detailed analysis, learnings, and optimization plans for future initiatives.
- Conduct A/B testing on campaign creatives, messaging, and mechanics to continuously improve engagement and strike rates.
Creative Execution:
- Create engaging campaign visuals using Canva or equivalent tools.
CRM Project Involvement:
- Participate in CRM-related projects — ideation, business discussion, system UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and implementation.
Support Role:
- Assist in handling loyalty-related inquiries from the Customer Experience (CX) and social media teams.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for go-to-market (GTM) strategies and monthly loyalty campaign performance.
- Prepare regular post-campaign reports and loyalty program trackers.
Job Responsibilities :-
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, business or related field
Experience working in retail, F&B, or entertainment loyalty programs.
Familiarity with email marketing tools, loyalty platforms, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Braze, HubSpot, or equivalent).
Basic knowledge of Power BI, Google Analytics, CDP or other campaign performance reporting tools.
Event support experience for loyalty engagement activities (e.g., member-only screenings, contests, partnerships).
Outgoing, energetic, and thrives in collaborative environments.
Adventurous, idealistic, and open-minded — always eager to challenge the norm.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proactive, with a hands-on attitude and the ability to work independently.
Creative thinker with a flair for engaging content and campaign ideas.
Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for campaign performance insights.
Adaptable and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Detail-oriented with excellent time and project management skills.
