About our Client
Our client has over decades years of experience in international trading, specializing in electronic devices. The company operates across multiple regions, with over 30 staff in Malaysia, Australia, and the Philippines under its eCommerce & international trading division.
The Role
As a personal assistant you will provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the Director, managing tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
Location
KLCC area (accessible by MRT)
Job Description
Finance & Admin Support – Perform bookkeeping, manage expenses, commission payouts, and ensure accounts accuracy.
HR & Compliance – Assist with HR administration, banking tasks, and coordination with statutory bodies.
Executive Assistance – Manage the Director’s schedules, appointments, and confidential documents.
Personal Assistance – Support with personal errands and family-related tasks as required.
Ad-Hoc Support – Undertake additional duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills.
Ideal Experiences & Requirements
Multilingual skill, Mandarin is a bonus
Prior PA experience will be more preferred
Attention to detail
Able to work in fast paced
Able to support ad hoc tasks
