Job Responsibilities
Develop and Implement Growth Strategies: Formulate and execute business development plans that align with the company’s objectives and market trends
Identify New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities to expand business reach
Sales and Revenue Generation: Achieve sales targets through effective promotion of services and negotiation of contracts
Awareness & Engagement: Develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and brand awareness
Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory management and supply chain coordination, while ensuring smooth workflows across sales, distribution, and logistics
Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, suppliers, and mall management, ensuring high level of satisfaction, loyalty, and collaboration
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market insights
Job Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent
Minimum of 3 – 5 years of working experience in business development, sales or marketing, preferably within the timepieces or retail industry
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and verbal). Proficiency in Bahasa Cina is a plus
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
