Job Responsibility:
Based on department goals, customize your own sales goals every month and complete monthly targets according to the goals;
Explore the potential needs of high sea users, provide timely and professional services to each user, and form an integrated customer service and sales;
Respond to and answer users' online inquiries in a timely manner to establish ongoing customer relationships;
Maintain and develop each assigned customer online and offline with a positive and responsible service attitude and professional knowledge reserve;
Provide timely feedback on abnormal situations, handle user inquiries in a timely manner, and serve as an effective bridge for communication between the platform and customers;
Analyze and summarize the work process and suggestions made by users, and provide timely feedback;
Cooperate across departments, actively cooperate with assistance and solve problems;
Work proactively, Comply with arrangements of superiors, and complete work tasks with quality and quantity.
Any other matters as requested by the department manager
Working Hours:
This role follows a rotating shift system with the following possible shifts:
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
1:30 PM – 10:30 PM
5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
5 working days per week with 2 days off.
Qualification:
Applicants with more than 1 year of sales experience, and those with relevant experience in Internet sales are preferred;
Have strong customer communication and negotiation skills, and skilled customer relationship mining and in-depth capabilities;
Have good learning ability, execution ability, pressure resistance, strong sense of responsibility and patience;
Have high enthusiasm for sales work and customer service fields;
Have fluent English & Mandarin communication skills to liaise with stakeholders.
