What you'll be doing
Actively manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service and fostering strong, mutually beneficial relationships.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your Mandarin language skills to effectively communicate with management teams and warehouse.
Work closely with the finance and warehouse teams to develop and execute tailored sales strategies.
Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities.
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the retail or consumer products industry
Strong proficiency in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office suite.
