职位描述
1. Support in the overall Finance and Accounts matters.
2. Handle full set management account and comply with regulation.
3. Responsible to liaise with external auditors, tax consultant, bankers, creditors, debtors, government authority and other related parties on all financial and accounts matters.
4. Perform other ad-hoc duties & responsibilities that may be needed or assigned by superior from time to time.
5. Review and analyse financial results, identifying opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, system enhancement and analysing organization operations.
6. Responsible for the Company’s accounting and financial functions such as taxation, cash flow management, budgeting, financial analysis, analysing variances; and developing improvements.
7. Design, plan, implement and improve the accounting and financial policies and procedures.
8. Handle full set of accounts and responsible for month-end/ year-end financial closing activities, journal postings and prompt submission of relevant reports to Management.
9. Preparation of Monthly /Quarterly / Yearly Management Reports.
10. Able to handle the staff in Accounts Department.
