Job Responsibility:
Meet and exceed sales target and performance metrics. Drive business growth initiatives and effectively manage sales targets.
Generate new sales opportunities by conducting outbound calls, following up on inbound leads, and initiating contact via email outreach.
Progress sales opportunities through stages in D365, ensuring accuracy and timely updates of sales pipelines.
Serve as the primary point of contact, fostering and maintaining direct relationships with customer’s organizations within the assigned accounts.
Responsible to update customer information within D365
Enhance positive customer experience. Deliver exceptional services and solutions for customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and support for customers.
Job Requirements:
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Other dialects of Southeast Asia could be a benefit.
A strong personality with the desire to reach high performance goals. Used to deliver outstanding results under pressure.
Self-driven, goal-oriented, high level of flexibility and self-reliance. Must have the ability to perform independently.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Strong abilities in cultivating strong customer relationships with strong negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Advanced skills in MS-Office, Outlook, and Customer Relationship Software
Presentation skill is an advantage.
