职位描述
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee branch cash flow, expenses, sales records
Monitor the performance of staff in branch
Handle and complete daily store operation jobs
Conduct market merchandising by analyzing promotions, pricing strategies, product displays, stock control, and inventory management
Achieve the sales target
Resolve customer issue
Contribute to team efforts to accomplish goals and foster teamwork
Handle ad-hoc tasks and related duties as assigned by the superior
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree or higher in any field.
At least one year of experience in Sales, Retail, or a relevant field will be an added advantage
Leadership skills with ability to mentor the team
Must be confident, friendly and able to provide good customer services.
Proactive and initiative team player with the ability to achieve sales targets.
Independent, ambitious and team driven.
Charismatic, hardworking with commitment to contribute to the retail team.
Passionate and driven to grow together with the team
Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays (alternate rest days)
Possess transport for traveling and willing to relocate if necessary
Working Location: Johor, Malacca, Negeri Sembilan, Kedah, Kuala Lumpur, Pahang, Penang, Perak, Selangor, Terengganu, Perlis
