The Role
As an E-Commerce Executive you will:
To manage daily operations on e-commerce platforms, ensuring smooth product listings, pricing, and stock updates.
To execute promotional campaigns and analyze sales performance to improve conversion rates.
To monitor customer inquiries, reviews, and after-sales support to enhance the online shopping experience.
To collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure timely product launches and fulfillment.
To track and report key e-commerce metrics, including sales performance, traffic, and return rates.
To handle customer service inquiries, providing timely resolutions and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and experience:
Minumum 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, online sales, or digital marketing
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and online marketplace management.
Strong analytical skills to track performance and optimize e-commerce strategies.
Excellent communication skills for handling customer service and resolving inquiries effectively.
Working Hours : Monday - Friday
Location: Southpoint Tower, Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur
