The Role
We’re looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team! You’ll be the face of our brand — helping customers, managing the sales floor, and creating a great shopping experience.
Actively drive store sales by engaging customers, identifying needs, and recommending the right products
Maximize sales opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and suggesting add-ons
Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty
Maintain deep knowledge of products, promotions, and current offers to confidently advise customers
Assist customers throughout the purchase journey — from product selection to checkout
Ensure accurate and efficient handling of transactions at the point-of-sale (POS)
Support the achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
Monitor sales floor performance and identify opportunities to improve conversions
Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing sales area to maximize sales potential
Collaborate with the team to execute in-store promotions and campaigns effectively
Replenish stock, arrange product displays, and maintain proper merchandising standards
Monitor inventory levels and report any stock discrepancies
Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and experience:
Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred but not required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A team player with a positive attitude
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic math and POS skills
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Proficiency in multiple languages: Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu, and English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
