The Role
As a Sales Merchandiser you will:
Manage and merchandise Herbal Farmer products within the assigned geographic area, ensuring brand visibility and compliance with display standards.
Ensure Herbal Farmer products are well-stocked and occupy designated space on home shelves to maximise sales opportunities.
Place timely product orders to support availability and drive sell-through.
Set up and maintain block displays, gondola ends, and power wings during promotional periods to enhance in-store impact.
Promote Herbal Farmer products actively during campaigns, supporting overall sales targets.
Collaborate with the on-ground promoter team to drive sales performance and execution excellence.
Maintain accurate records of store visits, merchandising activities, and outcomes, providing regular reports to management.
Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and experience:
Minimum PMR qualification.
At least 2 years of experience as a retail merchandiser or in a similar sales support role.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines across multiple locations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive working relationships with store personnel.
Good organisational and multitasking skills to manage merchandising activities effectively.
Familiarity with retail merchandising best practices and visual merchandising principles.
Proficient in using mobile devices and retail management software for reporting and task tracking.
Possess a valid driver’s licence and have access to a vehicle for store visits.
Working Hours : Monday - Friday
Location: Southpoint Tower, Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur
