Requirements
Prior experience in homestay, hotel, or property setup is preferred.
Able to speak in English
Background or interest in interior design is an advantage.
Must possess own transport (petrol allowance provided).
Strong sense of organization and problem-solving skills.
Eye for detail, cleanliness, and guest comfort.
Able to work independently and manage multiple units concurrently.
Familiar with basic photography or visual presentation standards.
Responsibilities
Project Planning & Coordination
Schedule and coordinate all phases of unit setup.
Work with contractors, designers, and vendors to ensure smooth delivery and installation.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
On-Site Supervision
Supervise all on-site setup activities including furniture arrangement, styling, utility installation, and amenities preparation.
Ensure the unit is completed to a high standard of comfort, functionality, and visual appeal.
Quality Assurance
Perform final walkthroughs and inspections to verify unit readiness.
Ensure all fixtures, appliances, and styling elements are in place and operational.
Photography & Handover
Take or coordinate professional-style photos of the finished unit.
details to the revenue/marketing team for listing purposes.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain setup records, cost breakdowns, and issue logs.
Submit progress reports to management.
Budget & Cost Monitoring
Track setup expenses and control costs effectively.
Ensure all spendings are accounted for with proper documentation.
Team & Vendor Liaison
Act as the main contact point for setup vendors and internal teams.
Communicate effectively to manage timelines and resolve challenges.
