💼 Your Core Responsibilities:

Create and promote Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and execution across teams.

Knowledge & Information Management
Design and manage an internal knowledge base and documentation system.

Establish a secure, traceable, and well-structured information flow within the organization.

Data-Driven Decision Support
Consolidate business and operational data to generate insights and support strategic decisions.

AI Tools, Automation & Innovation
Stay updated on the latest in AI and automation, and lead initiatives to improve productivity across the company.

✅ We’re Looking for Someone Who:
Has 3+ years of experience in process management, information systems, or data analysis.

Is proficient in Jira, Confluence, and Slack, with proven experience in cross-departmental implementation.

Understands knowledge management, data governance, and Agile methodologies.

Is a clear communicator with strong logical thinking, and can independently drive change.

Has a curiosity for AI and automation tools and hands-on experience is a plus.
