Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain the full set of accounts and daily accounting functions (including GL, AR collection, AP payment, treasury, SST submission and etc) and monthly financial closing.
Ensure all accounts are properly maintained & any discrepancy/ error detected & rectified promptly.
Prepare and analyze monthly management reports and financial statements.
Prepare for quarterly forecasts, annual budgets & CAPEX budgets.
Monitor & prepare daily/ projection cash flow position, AR & AP aging, and perform bank reconciliations.
Liaise with external parties (statutory auditor, tax agent, property valuer, transfer pricing and Bank Negara).
Ensure compliance with statutory reporting (e.g., tax filings & audit schedules).
Liaise with IT department for any new integration, modification, and enhancement of system & hardware.
Perform general administrative functions and ad-hoc assignments (including filing system, license, insurance and tenancy renewal).
Coordinate company secretarial documents and board resolutions as required.
Job Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (e.g., ACCA, or equivalent preferred).
Candidates with minimum 3-5 years of working experience in Accounting and office administration.
Proficient in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and basic tax regulations.
Meticulous, organized, and able to handle multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
Good command of English (both written and spoken).
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
Experience in administrative functions is an added advantage.
Full time positions are available, based at Menara Hap Seng.
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday : 9.00am to 6.00pm
Friday : 9.00am to 5.30pm
Alternate Saturday : 9.00am to 12.30pm
