Profile:
We are seeking a creative and driven Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist to design, deliver, and manage impactful training programs that support employee growth and organizational capability. This role requires someone who can develop engaging training content, manage LMS platforms, and deliver effective in-person or virtual sessions. If you are passionate about adult learning, have strong presentation skills, and enjoy building structured learning experiences from scratch, we would love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess learning needs and design capability-building programs aligned with business objectives.
Design and develop engaging training content and materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, and job aids.
Deliver effective stand-up training sessions, workshops, and virtual learning programs.
Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including course uploads, user administration, and learning analytics.
Conduct learning needs analysis and propose targeted solutions that address performance gaps.
Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and refine content and delivery based on feedback and metrics.
Support the development and implementation of learning frameworks, onboarding programs, and leadership development tracks.
Champion the adoption of digital learning tools and promote self-directed learning within the organization.
Keep up-to-date with learning trends and integrate best practices in instructional design and adult learning methodologies.
Assist with other L&D or HR initiatives as required.
Requirement:
Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
Minimum 4–5 years of relevant L&D or training experience managing the full learning cycle (needs analysis, design, delivery, evaluation).
Strong facilitation and presentation skills in both in-person and virtual settings.
Solid project management, communication, and analytical skills.
Hands-on experience with LMS platforms.
Proven track record of delivering engaging virtual and face-to-face training sessions.
Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking counterparts.
Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
A strong team player with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
ACTA or ACLP certification is an added advantage.
