Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager/Assistant Manager to lead and enhance our HR operations. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about people and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the full spectrum of human resource functions, including but not limited to recruitment and manpower planning, compensation and benefits, employee and industrial relations, career development, performance management, training and development, and employee retention.
Provide professional advice to the management and employees on HR-related matters, including employment legislation and best practices.
Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures and HR policies to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
Formulate and execute strategic HR initiatives aimed at talent development, employee engagement, and retention.
Manage strategic workforce planning, including the recruitment and administration of foreign workers and relevant regulatory processes.
Design and implement competitive remuneration and benefits frameworks to attract and retain high-calibre talent.
Plan, develop, and execute learning and development strategies that align with the company’s business goals and long-term growth objectives.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Human Resource Management/Administration/Management, Psychology, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
A minimum of 7 years of relevant working experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 to 3 years in a managerial capacity.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Demonstrates strong leadership, a high sense of responsibility, discipline, and a commitment to excellence.
Analytical thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
