Job Description
As a General Insurance Broker Assistant (Mandarin/Cantonese Speaking), you'll play a vital role in supporting brokers with quotes, renewals, policy endorsements, and key documentation—ensuring smooth, compliant insurance processes for clients across Australia.

The Qualifications We Seek
At least 3-5 years of insurance experience (brokerage preferred); open to senior-level candidates
Tier 2 qualified o r currently pursuing qualification
Familiarity with Steadfast Insight or willingness to learn
Proficient in English and Mandarin or Cantonese (written and verbal)
Comfortable using WeChat for internal communication
Core Skills:
High administrative accuracy and excellent document management
Knowledge of PDS, TMD, FSG, and basic compliance
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Impeccable attention to detail and time management
Your Daily Tasks
Process new domestic quotes by gathering options, issuing documents, and organizing them in Insight
Handle policy endorsements, cancellations, communicate with underwriters, and issue invoices
Support policy renewals and remarketing tasks with competitive quoting and documentation
Perform essential admin work including policy checks, Certificates of Currency, and electronic filing
Assist in handling complaints in accordance with RG 271
Ensure all work complies with insurance standards and documentation practices
