What you will bring
Demonstrated competence in conducting strategic sourcing activities for executive-level positions
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degrees in Human Resources, Information Technology, Psychology, Engineering, or related discipline
Proven professional experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition
Possess a can-do attitude, highly adaptive mindset, leadership qualities, and a proactive willingness to learn
Strong interpersonal skills proficiency in English (both written and spoken) and Mandarin (a plus)

Continuous ImprovementAnalyse candidate activity, recruitment metrics, and identify opportunities for process enhancement. Adapt to new challenges and job roles, ensuring continuous improvement in recruitment strategies and practices.
Client EngagementProactively meet with clients to comprehend their objectives and specific hiring requirements. Develop and maintain strong, trusted advisor relationships with clients by offering consultative guidance on recruitment matters.
Strategic Relationship BuildingEstablish effective working relationships with clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor. Contribute to building the professional services portfolio by delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.
Industry ExpertiseStay abreast of industry trends, market demands, and shifts in recruitment methods. Provide valuable insights and guidance to both clients and candidates based on your industry knowledge.
Strategic Sourcing
Conduct strategic sourcing activities to identify and attract executive-level candidates, both active and passive. Implement the latest strategies while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
