Your Role as a Talent Specialist:
Appspace is seeking an experienced Talent Specialist to help identify, attract, and hire top talent. The Talent Specialist will also help develop, implement, and maintain learning programs for Appspace team members. This is a great opportunity to work with all lines of the business, evolve the overall talent experience, and provide education and training to our individual contributors, team leads, managers and senior leadership team members.
A Day in the Life of a Talent Specialist:
Manage candidate experience through sourcing, screening, interview, offer and onboarding
Utilize sourcing tools such as LinkedIn as well as your existing network and market knowledge to maintain a consistent candidate flow for current and future openings
Review’s background/reference check reports
Execute the full process of our team member onboarding and orientation experience
Ensure the timely distribution of the new hires’ online training courses via our internal learning platform, and ensure that each course is completed within the designated timeframe.
Take the lead in managing the HRDC eTris system to maintain accurate documentation of training records for grant approval and HRDF reimbursement.
Conduct knowledge sharing sessions on personality tests to support teamwork.
Collaborates with APAC P&C Team to determine training requirements, objectives, strategies, plans, delivery methods, and logistics
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of technical recruiting experience, with proven success in cross-country hiring and managing multinational stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships with business leaders across different regions and cultures.
Demonstrate ability to work independently and simultaneously on multiple positions
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use market data for strategic talent acquisition.
Experience working with recruiting tools and systems, including pre-hire assessments and interview techniques.
Organized and pragmatic, thrives in a results-driven environment, and manages multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience coordinating across various time zones and cultures.
