Developing and Implementing Recruitment Strategies:
This includes creating and posting job descriptions, identifying the best channels for sourcing candidates (job boards, social media, professional networks, etc.), and determining the most effective recruitment methods.
Sourcing Candidates:
Recruiters actively search for qualified candidates through various channels, screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess their suitability for specific roles.
Conducting Interviews:
This involves scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers, conducting interviews (phone, video, or in-person), and evaluating candidates based on qualifications and cultural fit.
Managing the Hiring Process:
Recruiters guide candidates through the entire hiring process, providing feedback, negotiating offers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Building Relationships:
Establishing and maintaining relationships with both active and passive candidates is crucial for building a strong talent pipeline.
Onboarding New Employees:
Recruiters often play a role in the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into the company.
Staying Up-to-Date on Industry Trends:
Recruiters need to be aware of the latest recruitment best practices, technologies, and market trends to remain competitive.
Maintaining Records:
Keeping accurate and organized records of candidate interactions, interview outcomes, and other relevant information in applicant tracking systems.
Skills and Qualifications:
Posses Degree in Human Resources/ Business Management and any related qualifications
At least 3 years working experiences in recruitment management and process
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
Recruiters need to communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
Strong Sourcing and Screening Abilities:
The ability to identify and assess qualified candidates from various sources is essential.
Interviewing Skills:
Recruiters need to be skilled in conducting different types of interviews (structured, behavioral, etc.) to evaluate candidates effectively.
Knowledge of HR Processes and Best Practices:
A solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements is important.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR tools:
Recruiters need to be familiar with the technology used to manage the recruitment process.
Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills:
