Job Description:
Provide full administrative and operational support to the executive in daily business functions
Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes
Track project deadlines, follow up on action plans, and assist in reporting progress
Draft business correspondence, reports and presentations
Liaise with department heads, suppliers, principals, and other stakeholders
Support the executive in strategic planning, dealership coordination, and data review
Ensure timely preparation of documents, meeting materials, and performance dashboards
Requirement:
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management or related field
At least 2–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in the automotive or related industry
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and follow-up skills
Excellent verbal and written communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus)
Able to work with confidential materials and under tight deadlines
Familiarity with automotive retail operations, service processes, or communication with principals
