Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive support to the Managing Director, including handling all private secretarial duties, personal and administrative tasks, as well as confidential matters;
Assist the Managing Director in entertaining clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience;
Manage meeting schedules, correspondences, reports, call screening, travel arrangements, and private matters with a high level of organization and attention to detail;
Efficiently multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines;
Follow up and report to the Managing Director on urgent matters and issues raised during meetings;
Maintain strict confidentiality while interacting professionally with all levels of management, staff, and external parties;
Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as and when required;
Accompany the Managing Director to meetings and accurately record and distribute meeting minutes.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Secretarial or equivalent;
At least 3 years and above of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
Excellent organizational and communication skills;
Proactive, resourceful, and able to adapt to dynamic situations;
Pleasant personality and ability to work independently and work under pressure;
High level of integrity and able to maintain confidentiality at all time;
Computer literate - Microsoft Window, Excel and Microsoft Outlook;
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills;
A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
