Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making, ensuring optimal campaign performance.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with digital marketing and social media analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
At least 3 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.
Proficiency in social media platforms, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and ad managers.
Strong content creation skills, including copywriting; graphic design and video editing are a plus.
Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Klaviyo.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
Creative, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English, Mandarin, or Cantonese, with strong written and verbal communication abilities is a MUST.
Possession of Meta Blueprint certification is advantageous but not required.

Job Overview

As a Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our digital marketing strategies across social media platforms, email campaigns, SEO, and paid advertising.
You will work closely with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and increase customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility, engagement, and drive business growth.
Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (posts, videos, graphics) for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring brand consistency and audience appeal.
Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
Design and manage paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to drive traffic, conversions, and generate leads for the company website.
Optimize SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page SEO, and backlinking to improve organic search rankings.
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, drip campaigns, and automated workflows.
Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages and foster community growth.
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and competitor strategies.
Collaborate with the sales team, designers, content creators, and influencers to develop targeted lead-generation campaigns aligned with overall business objectives.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on campaign performance.
Utilize data-driven insights to analyze campaign results and make strategic decisions to optimize outcomes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and alignment on marketing initiatives.
