About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance & Administration Manager to join INTERMED SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time position will be responsible for overseeing the Group and Company's financial and administrative operations, playing a key role in supporting the strategic growth of the business.

What you'll be doing

Manage all aspects of the finance and accounting functions, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting and tax compliance

Plan/Monitor cashflow and optimize utilization of credit facilities

Oversee the company's administrative operations, such as HR, IT, Insurance and general office management

Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decision-making

Ensure adequate insurance coverage of assets of Group and company

Lead the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures and internal controls

Supervise and mentor the finance and administration team

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and requirements of statutory bodies/authorities

What we're looking for

Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with 8+ years' post-qualification experience

Extensive experience in a senior finance &/or administration role

Proven track record of successfully managing finance and administrative functions in a fast-paced environment

Excellent financial analysis, reporting, budgeting and problem solving skills

Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to effectively manage and work in a team

Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Confident with good interpersonal and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ERP (Exact) software
