JOB TITLE: Graphic/ Multimedia Designer
JOB OVERVIEW:
We’re on the lookout for a creative and versatile Graphic / Multimedia Designer who’s passionate about design, branding, and creating visually engaging content across digital and social platforms.
As part of our creative team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the look and feel of our brand and client campaigns — whether it’s scroll-stopping social posts, digital ads, landing pages, decks, or short motion graphics.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design eye-catching visuals for social media, websites, ads, presentations, and print
Support content marketing and paid ads with strong visual storytelling
Translate ideas and briefs into polished design assets (static and motion)
Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure consistency across all visuals
Assist in developing visual guidelines, mood boards, and campaign concepts
Edit short-form video content, animations, or reels (optional but a plus)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field
1–3 years of experience in a design-related role (fresh grads with strong portfolios welcome)
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects a bonus)
Strong layout, typography, and colour sense
Able to design for digital-first (IG/FB/TikTok formats, banners, email, etc.)
Attention to detail, good time management, and open to feedback
Passion for design trends, pop culture, and digital creativity
NICE TO HAVE:
Basic animation or motion graphics skills (After Effects or Canva Pro animation)
Familiarity with UI/UX design tools (Figma, Adobe XD)
Experience with branding, packaging, or product visuals
Understanding of marketing and content funnels (bonus if you've worked with ad creatives)
JOB TITLE: Senior UIUX Designer
JOB OVERVIEW:
As a Senior Designer, the design of intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. From wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes, you’ll shape every step of the user journey. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and fellow designers to turn complex ideas into clean, functional, and beautiful interfaces.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct and apply user research & usability testing: Identify user needs, pain points, and behavioral patterns to inform design decisions
Conceptualise and Innovative: Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces and experiences, turning complex ideas into innovative, user-friendly digital products that resonate with target users across web and mobile platforms
Create and maintain design systems: Ensure consistency and scalability across digital products by building reusable components and style guides. Focus on clarity, accessibility, and ease of use across user journeys
Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to translate complex briefs and requirements into effective design solutions that meet client objectives and user needs
Work with the Team: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, audience insights, and messaging strategies and deliver effective content and design strategies
Handle Multiple Projects: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and timelines to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations
Adaptability: Able to adapt to changing of project requirements, priorities, client feedback, and design trends while maintaining creativity and quality in deliverables
Guidance: provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers, guiding them in best practices, techniques, and software tools
Manage and improve systems for organising shared assets and design libraries
Optimize workflows and suggest tools or processes for efficiency
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
A degree or diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, or equivalent
Applicants with min. 5 years of working experience in related fields
Advanced proficiency with wireframing & prototyping software (Figma, Adobe XD, etc)
Advanced proficiency with other Adobe Design software (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc)
Advanced level of knowledge on user experience, problem-solving & human-centric design
Effectively applying the Design Thinking methodology on UX-UI and product design process
An intuitive ability to analyse and evaluate creative concepts in conjunction with marketing strategy and objectives
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients
Good time management skills and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
Able to converse in both English and Mandarin Chinese (to be able to converse with our international colleagues)
ADDED ADVANTANGES:
Familiarity with Wordpress, Wix, or other website builder is a bonus
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design-related work
