Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Develop, plan, and execute sales events, brand campaign, talks, and other to showcase our brand/services essence.
Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, budget management, vendor negotiations, and on-site management during events.
Ensure seamless execution of events, maintaining a high level of professionalism and engagement.
Willingness to travel outstation for events and campaign as needed.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies for promoting our brand/campaign through various channels.
Utilize online and offline marketing channels to enhance brand visibility and reach the target audience.
Work closely with the content team to create compelling and relevant materials for events, including presentations, promotional materials, and handouts.
Collaborate with sales, product, and other relevant teams to align event strategies with overall business objectives.
Conduct post-event evaluations to measure the success of each event, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
Manage and monitor event budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.
Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for innovative event marketing.
To assist in other marketing activities assigned by the superior as and when necessary.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management/Marketing/Business/Mass Communication or equivalent.
Proven experience in event planning and execution, preferably in a B2C context, especially community building.
Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
Minimum 3-4 years of working experience in the respective role.
Required skill(s): Marketing and Microsoft Office, PowerPoint or Canva, Microsoft Excel
Additional skill(s): Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Digital Marketing.
Self-motivated, able to multitasking & keen to grow.
Excellent command of written and spoken in Mandarin and English is a must. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multi tasked environment.
Proficiency in utilizing both online and offline marketing channels.
