Digital-First Mindset: Proactive, detail-oriented, and plugged into digital culture and platform trends.

Multitasker: Able to manage multiple brand voices across different channels at once.

Responsibilities

Connect with Audiences: Engage with followers across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more — responding to comments, DMs, mentions, and tags.

Keep the Brand Voice On Point: Use the right tone, language, and timing for each brand and platform.

Moderate Conversations: Monitor and manage conversations to keep communities safe, respectful, and aligned with brand guidelines.

Track Insights: Report on engagement trends, audience sentiment, and community growth.

Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with teams to optimize engagement strategies.

Stay Trend-Savvy: Spot opportunities for real-time engagement, emerging trends, and relevant conversations.
