Your responsibilities include:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
• Responsible for creating and preparing new joiner accounts, onboarding documents, building access cards, and new joiner announcements to ensure a smooth integration of new hires into the company.
Employee Relations:
• Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives and conflict resolution.
• Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Performance Management:
• Oversee the performance appraisal process, including setting performance standards, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback.
• Develop and implement performance improvement plans as necessary.
HR Policy and Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
• Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
HR Reporting and Analytics:
• Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to inform strategic decision-making.
• Monitor key HR indicators such as turnover rates, absenteeism, and employee satisfaction.
Strategic HR Initiatives:
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with business goals.
• Lead or participate in HR projects and initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Ad-hoc
• Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a diploma or bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of HR experience as a generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
