Responsibilities



Provides administrative support for the executive

Support office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency

Support teams with various administrative tasks

Provides information by answering questions and requests from clients

Sort and process both incoming and outgoing mails

Deal with client complaints and issues

Collects and updates information to maintain departmental records, as appropriate; establishes and maintains files and records for the office

Process end-of-day reports

Performs additional job-related duties as assigned





Requirements



Familiar with MS Office Suite (particularly MS Word and MS Excel)

Familiar with office equipment, like printers and fax machines

Self-motivated and effective in a team setting and individually

Ability to work with minimal supervision

Highly efficient time management skill

Able commence work immediately

No work experience required

Full-time position(s) available

10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)

10am to 1pm (Saturday) alternatively
