Job Description

Responsibility:

Provide full guidance to our valued customers and agents when visiting to site. Includes guiding customers for praying and communicate with customers in good manner and humble.
Familiarize with urn installation, burial, and ancestral tablet installation service SOP.
To prepare daily confirm party and prepare temporary name tag.
Update deceased info and attachments into hybris system and prepare monthly installation report.
Complete and liaise with purchaser or supplier on photo and name tag and name plaque for urn installation cases. Ensure the name tag and plaque is ready within 45 days.
Ensure details of food offering package is correct before issuing to service ambassador.
To monitor and execute adequate plans and packages to achieve yearly target of Remembrance Dedication Package and 49 days offering package.
To ensure proper monitoring of each RDP enrolled customers to not miss any event and convert ala-carte prospects to yearly package.
To review all secondary products processes from time to time for further improvement on customer perspective and to be more effective and productive on operation wise.
Maintain joss-item at suitable stock levels and replenish when needed.
Ensure praying package utensils are well maintained. To swiftly replace any utensils that are not presentable. To monitor stock and avoid misplace or lost utensils.
To follow up on customer feedback and co-ordinate with ambassadors for necessary action and update customer on the progress.
To assist on event co-ordination for all site events and ensure smooth pre and post event operation.
To assist service ambassador to open urn compartment during peak hours / festivals.
Ensure that you abide to work ethics.
Full collaboration with colleagues and superiors.
Perform any ad-hoc assignments from Superior and management from time to time.

熟悉骨灰罐安放、安葬及祖先牌位安装的SOP,并准备相关预约名单和临时名牌。
更新逝者信息至Hybris系统,编制安装报告,并协调名牌及铭牌制作,确保45天内完成。
核对祭品套餐详情,监督纪念奉献套餐及49天祭祀套餐的执行,推动零散客户转化为年度客户。
监控并优化次要产品流程,确保祭祀用品库存充足,用具完好无损。
处理客户反馈,与团队协作跟进,并协调现场活动的顺利进行。
在高峰期或节庆期间协助开启骨灰龛位,保持良好职业操守,并执行上级安排的其他任务。


Requirement:

SPM or equivalent
Fresh graduation and school leaver are welcome. (Training provided)
Able to write & read in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa
Able to work independently
Willing to work on ground
Good interpersonal skill
Keen, friendly & hardworking
