Job Description
Responsibilities:
Report to marketing manager to lead and manage all assigned digital campaigns in-house
Build, plan and implement overall content strategy and manage the proposed strategy from end-to-end, including ROI and KPI measurements
Manage PR Relationship including but not limited to:
Communication with the respective media partners on the upcoming products and ensure we have good award and exposure as compare to our competitors
Ensure timely delivery of PR release articles and fool proof information to media
Maintain good relationship with media partners and media agency
Manage digital related campaigns including but not limited to:
Content Marketing – across multiple digital/social media channels in multiple languages (English & BM) to drive campaign/product awareness, engagement and conversion.
Social media channels management (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc) – content creation and query responding across all social media channels and owned platforms.
Digital media buy – Plan, execute and monitor digital media buy (Facebook, GDN, Google AdWords) that boost awareness and engagement. Knowledgeable in other social/digital platform media buy like LinkedIn and TikTok would be an added advantage.
SEO/SEM/Google Analytics - Plan, develop and implement SEO strategy. Monitor and provide report based on Google Analytics stats
E-commerce - Develop, monitor, write and update product content contained on eCommerce websites/portals.
Digital campaign – Plan, manage and monitor performance of digital campaign or contest (including liaising with agencies), including Influencer Marketing, Affiliate marketing, etc.Regularly update content for the website, e-mail marketing and push messages
Reporting and analytics – Analysing data, providing insights and observations for improvement for campaigns, media buy, website, social media channels and e-Commerce.
Execute activities based on quarterly digital marketing planning and budget control.
Communicate effectively with management and peers within the company as well as external vendor (agency partner, media, etc.)
Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
Must possess a Degree/Diploma in Marketing / Public Relations / Mass Communications / Business / Advertising or a recognized college education in a related discipline
At least four (4) years of working experience in the digital marketing field, mandatory to have hands-on experience in digital campaign setup, management and performance marketing.
Must possess strong interest in IT, gadgets, hardware, components and/or desktop solutions.
Good command of English, both spoken and written. Able to communicate in Chinese would be an added advantage.
Display a proactive, positive and agile attitude, friendly personality, ability to interact with various groups/levels of people, willing to learn for self-improvement and possess keen attention to details.
