Job Description
Full-Set Accounting & Financial Management
Handle full-set accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure financial stability.
Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
Audit & Compliance
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Prepare and provide necessary documentation for external audits.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
Assist in the preparation of tax computations and tax filings.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and business partners.
Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams (finance, sales, operations, etc.).
Handle client inquiries, resolve financial discrepancies, and provide professional accounting advice.
Reporting & Documentation
Generate and analyze financial reports, P&L statements, and balance sheets.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accounting software.
Monitor and manage accounts receivable and payable to ensure timely payments and collections.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of full-set accounting, financial reporting, and audit processes.
Experience in liaising with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, QuickBooks, SAP).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with local tax regulations (SST, GST, corporate tax) is an advantage.
