Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to oversee store operations and sales performance across a group of outlets. This role requires strong leadership in supporting Area Sales Managers, driving store standards, and ensuring operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, people-focused, and capable of delivering results in a fast-paced retail environment.
Job Description
Strategy
Oversee multiple stores and support Area Sales Managers in planning and achieving sales targets.
Conduct monthly regional meetings and regular store visits to address challenges and drive improvements.
Monitor sales performance, gather feedback, and report findings with action plans to National Sales Manager.
Stay alert to competitor activities and suggest improvements accordingly.
Operations
Ensure store compliance with operational standards (SQC, FSC, ICD).
Maintain high levels of customer service and resolve complaints professionally.
Monitor cleanliness, stock display, product expiry, and price tagging during store visits.
Oversee stock ordering, receiving, and daily store operations (EOD, cash handling, bank-in, etc.).
Ensure all stores are properly staffed, maintained, and operating within scheduled hours.
Perform regular cash checks, equipment inspections, and follow up on maintenance issues.
Join selected area meetings to ensure HQ communication is cascaded clearly.
People
Collaborate with HR for hiring and staffing needs across the region.
Train, coach, and develop store teams for performance and succession.
Motivate teams to maintain a positive working environment and reduce turnover.
Job Requirements
Willing to work 5 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
Open to working long/irregular hours and being on-call for outlet emergencies.
Minimum 8 years’ experience in fast-paced retail environments.
Minimum Diploma in any field.
Willing to travel frequently and own transport is required
