Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Involve in the development of Human Resources developing plan, salary research and optimization of salary system.

2. Involve in the development of company rules and regulations and the implementation of workflow standards.

3. Based on the work strategy, decompose the core elements, promote the implementation of performance appraisal and execution.

4. Understand the work situation of HR department and relevant data, collect and analyse the company's personnel information.

5. Responsible for the talent management projects, including core talent evaluation and training, talent development and succession planning.

6. Understand the employee's development and maintenance of employee relations.

7. Approve and implement the employee's rewards and punishments accordingly.

8 Responsible for the collection of potential and talent information at the inside and outside of the Company and organise the recruitment tasks.

9. Complete the various types of tasks assigned by the Director.



Responsibility:

1. Proficiency in Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients, in addition with acceptable level of Bahasa Malaysia and English.

2. Proficient in office, PPT and other common office software.

3. Have better communication skills, overall planning ability, flexible but not losing principles, careful and reliable, and clear in order.

4. Recruitment experience in technology companies or personnel experience in the industry is preferred.

5. Familiar with Malaysia labor law is preferred.

岗位职责:

1. 参与制定人资发展计划、薪酬调研与薪资体系的优化。

2. 参与制定公司规章制度与工作流程规范实施。

3. 基于工作战略,分解核心要素,推进绩效考核的实施与落地。

4. 了解人事部工作情况和相关数据,收集分析公司人事信息。

5. 负责人才管理项目,含核心人才的评价与培养、人才发展和继任计划。

6. 时时了解掌握员工动态与员工关系的维护。

7. 审批经人事部核准的奖惩,并安排执行。

8. 负责公司内外收集有潜力的及所需的人才信息,并组织招聘工作。

9. 完成总监临时交办的各项工作任务。



任职要求:

1、大专以上学历,必须精通中文(读、写、说),其次熟悉英文与马来文,对中国文化交流有一定的认知,马来西亚籍华裔优先。

2、精通office、PPT 等常用办公软件。

3、有较好的沟通能力,统筹能力,处事灵活但不失原则,做事细心可靠,条理清晰。

4、有技术公司招聘经验或行业内人事经验者优先。

5、熟悉马来西亚劳工法优先。
