Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for product planning & development, go to market plan and deliverables from concept to successful deployment, in aligning with company’s roadmap and strategy.
Identify growth opportunities and optimizing digital products to support customers and business needs. Support and analyze user processes, produce reports with supported recommendations on improvements.
Conduct extensive product, market financial and related research to support relevant strategic product planning and development.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to handle the end-to-end development including go-to-market plan, marketing initiatives and/or establishing partnerships to support overall product value propositions.
To ensure product undergo thorough quality control testing prior to release to production, and as and when required.
Monitor and improve product performance from time to time through periodic analysis and develop actionable insights to optimize product performance.
Reviews and enhance current product processes with supported recommendations of improvements.
Promote the product to relevant team via trainings sessions and/or other related mechanism to ensure awareness, knowledge, and adoption.
Recommend business trends, architectural considerations, roadmaps and managing product development life cycle including and opportunities for improvement.
Keeping up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital solutions.

To perform any other duties that the management may direct from time to time which may include but not limiting to on site system monitoring duty.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or any related field.
2. Minimum 3 years experience in product growth, focusing on digital application products.
3. Proven track record of driving users’ acquisition, engagement, retention for digital products.
4. Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and make data driven decisions.
5. Strong project management, multi-tasking & organisational skills with attention to details and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Highly motivated and result driven with creative mindset and capable of thinking innovatively.
7.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
8. High proficiency in MS Office Applications.
