Requirements

PURCHASING EXECUTIVE

Minimum education: SPM and above
Required skills: Retail Sales, Inventory Management, Customer Service, Team Leadership, Product Knowledge (Cameras and Photography Equipment), Sales Management
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and procurement software
Analytical mindset for cost comparison and supplier evaluation
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and record-keeping abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
PURCHASING ADMIN

Basic knowledge of purchasing processes (POs, invoices, vendor follow-ups)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) – able to track orders in spreadsheets
Familiarity with SQL is a plus
Responsibilities

PURCHASING EXECUTIVE

Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
Track orders and ensure timely delivery
Review quality of purchased products
Enter order details (e.g. supplier, quantities, prices) into SQL system
Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
