Role Description


We have a full-time and short-term on-site Customer Service Representative role located in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional customer experiences on a daily basis.



Qualifications


Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in customer service roles is a plus
Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Strong problem-solving abilities
Minimum of a high school qualification (SPM)
